The kings succeeded thereafter, held religious ceremonies to the Sacred Tooth Relic and the temple of Sacred Tooth Relic has been renovated time to time by them.
“Paththirippuwa is an additional part constructed on the order of King Sri Wickrama Rajasingha instructed by Devendra Mulachari.
The temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic in the same premises of the Royal palace is an exclusive monument of the complex of the Royal Palace.
